【CRI新闻填空】波士顿马拉松比赛，两颗炸弹在终点线被引爆

"We are not certain that these incidents are related, but we are treating them as they are we recommending to people that they stay home and that if they are in hotels in the areas that they return to their rooms and they don't go any place and congregate large crowds we want to make sure we completely stabilize the situation."
Security has been strengthened now in major US cities in the wake of Boston explosions.
The Federal Aviation Administration     10      a no-fly-zone over the site of the explosions shortly      11       .

President Barrack Obama      15       responded with a speech from the White House,      16       to bring those responsible to justice.

But make no mistake, we will get to the bottom of this and we will find out who did this and we will find out why they did this. Any responsible individuals, any responsible groups will feel      17      ."
President Obama says he has directed       18        the federal government to help state and local authorities protect Americans, as the investigation continues following the explosions.
However, he did not call the explosions in Boston as      19    .
So far, no one or any group has claimed responsibility for the explosions yet.

Neither police nor the organizers of the Marathon had received any warming before the explosions.
