China is developing wind power, but it's taking longer than expected. That's according to energy policy expert Haibing Ma of the Worldwatch Institute.

Ma told EarthSky that right now China relies mostly on coal to generate its power. [---1---] (有 - ) That's known to contribute to global warming.
