In his inargural address, [the]president Donald Trump repeated his promise to defeat Islamic terrorism:
"We will reinforce the relationship with old alliances, and FROM NEW ONES[bulid new coalition], AND unite the civilized world [to defeat]AGAINST RADICAL Islamic terrorism, which we will eradicate compeletly from the face of the Earth."
In a presidential memorandum signed [on] January 28th, president Trump called ISIS AMONG the most vicious and aggresive [among]FROM RADICAL [the] Islamic TERROSIM[extremism]FACED BY THE UNITED STATES.
Trump recalled the beheadings of American citizens James Foley, Steven Sotloff, and Peter Abdul-Rahman Kassig [and]AS WELL AS the [dead]DEATH of Kayla Mueller. He [also noted]POINTED TO the ISIS['s]-inspired attack in THE UNITED STATES[America]; [ISIS's secret] THE complicity OF ISIS in THE TERRORIST ATTACKS IN Paris, Brussels, and Berlin; ISIS's systematic CAMPAIGN OF [excecution] PERSECUTION and extermination in [the]THOSE territories [where ISIS]IT enter[ed]S or control[led]S.
PRESIDENT Trump [demanded] DIRECTED THE Secretary of Defense TO DELIVER in thirty days [to deliver] a preliminary draft of a comprehensive plan to the defeat terrorist group. The plan would be developed with the participation of THE secretaries of State, Treasury and Homeland Security, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the assistant to the president for national security affairs and the assistant to the president for homeland security and counter-terrorism.
