听力简介：

Part 2部分是叙述，根据话题卡的内容做两分钟的陈述。陈述内容应覆盖话题卡中的每一个小问题。不漏题，不跑题。尽量讲到时间到，考官打断为止。

难度等级：5星（星级越高越难）

思路：本题难度很高，主要原因是大部分考生对于一个人的领导力描述无从下手。此题的人物为身边的朋友，范围较广泛。解题重点在于通过描述或举例说明该人物具备良好的领导能力。描写一个人的领导力可以从一下几个方面入手：1，比较擅长解决问题；，并且在解决问题的同事考虑到各方面的利益；2，善于沟通，可以和不同年纪、不同背景的人有效沟通；3，善于组建团队和领导团队。本题对时态无特殊要求，但是在句型方面需要考生注意应用which引导的非限制性定语从句。另外，考生可以选用一些相关的词汇，比如leadership, communication skills, team building, problem-solving, key person等。

主线共用话题卡：describe a person with an important job. = describe a job that you think is important in your country. = describe a good habit a friend has that you would like to develop. = describe your ideal job. = describe a time when you are proud of one of your friends’success.

关于题目的写法：You should say后有冒号（:）,并列小问题之间请用分号（;）隔开。
