B: It's a busy market right now and today the ____1____ are having an open house. Come on in! Then across the hall we have the first bedroom at 110 square feet including a closet. Down here at the end of the hall is second bedroom, 150 square feet, but there is not a closet built in. What do you guys think?
A: It's a lot bigger than I thought it would be, though it's too bad the one bedroom is so small. The hardwood floors are fantastic, and every room has a window——even the bathroom! Kevin?
C: I like this place. It's got everything we need and the location's good. I don't think we'll find anything better. Let's go for it!
A: Alright, let me start the ____10____ and if we are fast enough this place just might be yours by the end of the day! The best thing you can do now is get your security deposit and last month's rent together——that will give you better chances of closing the deal.
